Bless me, although I may not accept that position, I still hope to get this call. Why I miss that call? May be just fortune……

I don’t know who make this word to stand for reporting to ur boss. Whatever, I have to accustom me to this saying.

I have prepared nearly 6 days to collcet data, summarize my test result in word and PPT, and ask my supervisor for help.I just want to leave a good impression to my boss. However, in some extent, I don’t think I did well this morning. Managers don’t like to waste time on details, so I may fail on this point.

So, maybe next time I just need to share my test details to my team members, but summarize key learnings, reasons and recommendation to report to my boss.

As for final presentation, I think the most important thing is to have a clear framework and practise more in english.

从最近的实习经验，以前学生会经验，以及最近看的两期《学徒》发现Team Work is reallly important for team success. 一个好的领导应该善于决断，善于启发团队思考，但是你的手下最好也各个是精明强将，你的TEAM才能成功，永远不要担心你的队员有多强，他有多强，你的TEAM就会有多强。不要认为你的强势可以解决一切，还是祈祷自己有一支优秀的队伍吧。

对于未来，对于职业，我们到底该如何规划？我似乎一直在思考这个问题，但是人生的方向似乎永远在预料之中又在预料之外。我以前常常期盼我的未来该进外企，但是周围太多的例子，以及周围太多人的言论让我预料这一步似乎80%不可能，但是今天的事实证明路是自己走出来的，机遇也是可欲不可求的。但是最近的身边的人和事，虽然又是另一个圈子的人，但是他们似乎又给我一条理论”做自己喜欢的事，将事业与自己的HOBBIE结合”。当然，唱反调的也大有人在，想想那些教育我的人，也都是小有成就的人，他们似乎也是名利双收了，然后才开始在生活在工作中寻找乐趣。

未来的工作究竟会怎样？未来生活究竟会怎样？似乎真的只能用”努力”二字概括了。默默等待吧。

做市场好吗？做金融好吗？还是做科研好呢？

A busy day…….

I stay in my office all day, write summary and try some new products.In the noon, I went to “Tafi” to have lunch together with my supervisor. The most amazing moment—try new product, which still do not lanch in market.

Until now, I haven’t receive any calls from abroad, I hope he can handle all the matters. Good luck!
